Kareena Kapoor Khan has been doing her best to help people in need amid the pandemic. The Bodyguard actress has now joined hands with Give India to help Indian families to who have been affected economically due to covid-19. The actress also urged her fans and followers to join her in this initiative.
Sharing the news on her Instagram handle, she wrote, “With @give_india we can help Indian families recover from the economic impact of COVID-19. Join us and play for the team of the hour. We’re all in this together. #TeamForHumanity #SocialForGood .. Donate to the fundraiser through the link in my bio.”
For the unversed, in March 2021, Kareena and Saif, who have contributed to charities to lend their support amid the ongoing battle against the novel coronavirus pandemic, announced that they donated to organizations like Give India, UNICEF, and International Association for Human Values.
Taking to her official Instagram handle, Bebo wrote, “At difficult times like these, we need to come together and help each other. We both have taken steps to do just that and have pledged our support to UNICEF, GIVE INDIA, and the International Association for Human Values (IAHV). We urge of you who can do the same. United we stand. Jai Hind. Kareena, Saif & Taimur.”
What’s on the work front?
Kareena Kapoor Khan will be seen in Advait Chandan’s Laal Singh Chadha opposite Aamir Khan. The comedy-drama is a Hindi remake of the Hollywood film, Forrest Gump. The film is slated to release on December 24, 2021.
Bebo will also be seen in action-drama, Takht which also features Anil Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Brume Pednekar, and Alia Bhatt. The film is helmed by Karan Johar.
