Tamannah Bhatia took to Instagram and shared an important piece of information related to oxygen levels. The actress shared a different position of cure the oxygen levels at home for those who are battling with the deadly virus at home. 

Tamannah Bhatia shared a piece of information that will help people suffering from novel corona virus and are unable to get beds in the hospital. Her post explains proning which can help improve oxygen levels. In a series of posts, it explained how to lie down in different positions to improve SpO2 at home by following those steps. 

She captioned her post as, “#Important #Swipeleft Proning is a medically accepted position to improve breathing comfort and oxygenation. People with less SPO2 levels can safely try this at home but please consult a Dr. if levels dropped drastically.”

The actress also shared an emotional post on Monday and urged everyone to stay positive and keep faith. She said we are all in this together and prayed for everyone’s safety.

She wrote, “It is indeed heart wrenching to see humankind grappling with a diverse set of challenges that the pandemic has presented itself with. But in the midst of this up heaven it’s important to stay positive, keep the faith, practice gratitude, be there for one another in your own capacity and most importantly adhere to all precautionary measures. We are all in this together. Praying for everyone’s safety and well-being.” She further captioned her post as #StayHome #StaySafe #StayStrong #StayUnited.

On the professional front, Tamannah has multiple projects lined up in her pipeline. She will be seen in films like ‘Seetimaarr’, ‘Maestro’, ‘Gurtundha Seetakalam’, ‘F3’, ‘Bole Chudiyan’, ‘Chor Nikal Ke Bhaaga, among others.
