“Little Women” is a story about three sisters who grew up in poverty and formed a tight friendship. The drama follows the sisters as they become involved in a huge incident and square off against the most powerful family in the country.
The three sisters will be played by Kim Go Eun, Nam Ji Hyun, and Park Ji Hu, as previously announced. Oh, In Joo, played by Kim Go Eun, is the eldest sister who wants to use money to defend her family. Nam Ji Hyun plays the second sister, oh in Kyung, a news reporter who refuses to be swayed by money and strives to always do the right thing.
Wi Ha Joon will play Choi Do Il, a skilled consultant with a degree from a prominent institution in the United Kingdom. Choi Do Il has a good sense of judgement and outstanding analytical skills, and he is a magnetic figure who, with his sophisticated and intellectual demeanor, turns heads wherever he appears. He’ll also star as a mystery stranger who emerges in front of Oh in Joo when she’s caught up in a major event.
Wi Ha Joon has already wowed audiences with parts in “Romance Is a Bonus Book,” “18 Again,” and “Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum,” demonstrating his versatility in a range of roles. He’s also become a global celebrity thanks to the blockbuster Netflix original “Squid Game.” Currently, the actor is appearing with Lee Dong Wook in tvN’s “Bad and Crazy” as K.
Kim Hee Won of “Money Flower,” “The Crowned Clown,” and “Vincenzo” will direct “Little Women,” which will be written by Jung Seo Kyung of “Mother.” In 2022, the drama will premiere.
