Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and the film Uri: The surgical Strike director Aditya Dhar has recently tied the knot together in an intimate ceremony with only family members in attendance. The newlyweds informed their fans and well wishers through social media about their wedding.
In a recent interview with Mid-day, Yami’s wedding planner, Gitesh Sharma revealed that he made preparations on just one day notice. He shared that the ceremonies took place in Himachal Pardesh’s Mandi, at Yami’s farmhouse.
Gitesh shared that he was contacted by Yami’s father just a day before wedding rituals started. The family bought their family priest for the wedding. The couple was clear that they didn’t want big fat Indian wedding and they had intimate outdoor wedding conducted in natural and traditional way.
The theme was gold-and-white for the wedding ceremony, the couple got married in front of deodhar tree, the mandap was decorated with marigold flowers and banana leaves with the set theme running around the décor. After the wedding ceremony, there was an intimate reception kept for family members in the evening.
Yami and Aditya got married on June 4 and since then the actress is constantly sharing her pictures with her fans and followers on social media.
