Vaishnavi Prajapati, who essays the titular role in Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot’s “Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei”, celebrated her 12th birthday on December 30 on the sets of her popular show. The whole cast and crew along with the producers were present to make her big day even more special.

From a doll shaped cake to a princess themed cake, Vaishnavi cut not one but four cakes. And a good dancer that she is Vaishnavi even flaunted some dance moves before she cut the cake. The cast of the show, Himanshu Malhotra, Paridhi Sharma, Deepali Pansare, Sujata Thakkar and Tamanna Deepak, were in attendance for the celebration along with Herumb.

Could there be a better way to bid adieu to 2021?

Currently in the show, Kamini has put a new plan of getting rid of Chikoo into action and has got Hira amma onboard as Chikoo’s fake guardian. But will Chikoo really leave? Hosted by the ace comedians jodi, Bharti Singh and Haarsh Limbachiyaa, the evening will be packed with lots of fun and entertainment. Love will be in the air as Nikki Tamboli will act as a cupid and play fun games to test compatibility of all the charming couples. In one of the games, this special will also feature some fabulous dance performances by the ‘aww’dorable couples of COLORS’ family making everyone swoon.

While Thapki (played by Jigyasa Singh) and Purab (played by Aakash Ahuja) will shake a leg to Main Toh Raste Se Ja Raha Tha while Anandi (Shivangi Joshi) and Jigar (Samridh Bawa) will perform to Lets Nacho. Suhani (Eisha Singh) and Ranveer (Vivian Dsena) will take over the stage to groove to ‘Where’s the party tonight’ leaving everyone smitten by their chemistry, whereas Purvi (Priyal Mahajan) and Virendra (Amar Upadhyay) bring out their sparks of romance with their performance on Dekha Hazaaron Dafaa!

Vivian Dsena, who portrays the role of Ranveer in Sirf Tum said, “It is great to be back with the entire COLORS family and shooting for a New Year special together. It has been a tough year, but we want our fans and viewers to celebrate our spirits and welcome 2022.”

Eisha Singh, who plays Suhani’s character, said, “What can be more beautiful than celebrating television’s revered love stories this New Year. And we are happy to bring an entertainment filled night for our viewers. So, sit back, relax and enjoy!

‘Vidrohi’: Gadadhar instigates Radha

In the Friday episode of Subrat Sinha and Dr. Bodhisattva’s “Vidrohi” we see that Kalyani warns Gadadhar and Amba. She tells them that now that she is in Rodang, they need to be careful at all times. She tells them that she is not leaving anytime soon and they will have to bear the consequences if they try to cause trouble. Gadadhar asks her why she didn’t inform Baxi about him when she had the chance, to which Kalyani replies that she will do it when the time is right.

Amba tells Gadadhar that he should have killed Kalyani when he had the chance. But he assures her that she won’t come in her way as he has got someone else too onboard with his plan. He and Amba then go to Radha and instigate her against Kalyani. He tells her that he never saw anyone attacking Kalyani, and shares that she just made up this story to enter their home. Radha feels that they are telling the truth and goes to Baxi to talk about it. Once we leaves, we see Panthara coming to Gadadhar and Amba and telling them that though they are working together they shouldn’t be seen together.

Meanwhile, Baxi informs his darbari about the attack and asks them to look into the matter. Just then Radha comes and tells him that she feels that Kalyani just made up the story and she demands him to call darbar.

At the darbar, Kalyani is made to stand separately and is told that she just made up the story about the attack. As her proof, Radha asks Gadadhar to speak his side of the story. Gadadhar tells the darbar that he went to the room after he heard some noises but he only found Kalyani there. He did not see anyone attacking her. Baxi then asks him how he got injured.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Gadadhar is left speechless when Baxi asks him how he got injured. Just then a darbari comes and tells Baxi that Kalyani was really attacked and he is the one who did it. Kalyani is shocked to hear this. Is this another plan against Kalyani? Rajan and Deepa Shahi’s “Anupamaa” saw the Shah family along with Anuj, Anupamaa, GK and Malvika celebrating Christmas.

Anuj thanks Anupamaa for cheering up Malvika. Later, Bapuji and GK tell Anupamaa that she shouldn’t wait any longer to confess her feelings for Anuj. They also tell her that they want her and Anuj to get married.

Before the celebration began, Malvika tells everyone that Paritosh has something to say. Paritosh apologises to Anupamaa for all that he has said and done to her in the past. He tells her that she was right that Rakhi Dave was just trying to use him for her benefit and now that he has been offered a position by Malvika and Vanraj, he will start from scratch and give his best. Anupamaa is very happy hearing this and thanks Malvika and Vanraj.

The family then dances and sings together. Later, they decide to play a game where they had to put a garland on the other person and give them a gift. Anupamaa tells Anuj she has something very important to tell him.

In the upcoming episodes we will see that as his Christmas gift to Malvika, Anuj has written the whole Kapadia industries in her name. He tells her that it was never his to begin with and Malvika gets really angry. Anuj then informs everyone that he is not the Kapadia’s real son, he was adopted as a young child. To which the diva spelled her name again and then thanked the Miss Universe organization for having her as the judge at the competition. Later, she asked a question to Miss South Africa. The question that was asked reads as, “Should tweet and social media comments from a person in their teenage years be held against them years later?”
After hearing the question, Miss South Africa said she believes that everybody should be held accountable for their actions. Post answering the question, Miss South Africa flashed a bright smile and left the stage. Urvashi Rautela also smiled and spread her positive vibes around. Abhimanyu of Rajan Shahi’s “Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai” manages to find Akshara. She tells him that she couldn’t bear the sight of seeing an accident and that’s why she went to the NGO, but her car broke down while coming back. Abhimanyu tells her that now that she is in the hospital she will come across such cases every day and he won’t always come after her.

Later, she calls the family from his phone but gets to know that the bridge that connects them to the city is broken and they will have to be where they are. Aarohi informs everyone in the hospital about it. Neil suggests that he drops her home. At the Goenka house, everyone is happy that Akshara is not alone and that Abhimanyu is with her. But Aarohi doesn’t like it, she remembers how destiny always brings them together. Neil sees that Aarohi is worried and tells her that nothing will happen between Akshara and Abhimanyu, but even if it did there won’t be any harm. Aarohi gets angry hearing this.

Meanwhile, Akshara and Abhimanyu take shelter closeby. A man offers them to stay in his cottage. Akshara then sees something in a bottle and drinks it, Abhimanyu too takes some sips from it. They get drunk and have a very heartfelt conversation. They even dance on “Roop tera mastana” and confess that they love each other.

‘Dhadkan Zindaggi Kii’: Vikrant confesses his love to Deepika, a shocker for Abhay

Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot’s “Dhadkan Zindaggi Kii” is getting interesting with every episode. In the last few episodes, we saw that Dr. Vikrant Saxena confided in Dr. Deepika Sinha that his marriage is not as happy as he thought it would be. He also tells her that he got married within two weeks of their breakup and thought of it as a revenge. But unfortunately, Deepika moved on as she had to make her dream of becoming a surgeon true, and he couldn’t.

Initially when Vikrant joined the FMS hospital, Deepika avoided him as much as she could, but they now share a cordial relationship so much so that Deepika even asked Vikrant that he can come to her to talk about anything.

In the recent episode, we saw that Deepika’s brother comes to the hospital with his son and Vikrant treats him. But his condition worsens. Well, next we will see that Deepika is worried about her nephew and is seen crying in the changing room. Vikrant consoles her and tells her everything will be fine. But after a while, he tells her that he loves her. Abhay who witnessed all this was left shocked when he heard Vikrant say that he loves Deepika.

‘Vidrohi’: Kalyani warns Gadadhar and Amba

Kalyani of Subrat Sinha and Dr. Bodhisattva’s “Vidrohi” saw Gadadhar and Amba conspiring against Baxi and her. She heard Amba say that she would dress up like Kalyani and would roam around the palace so that Radha thinks that Kalyani used to come to see Baxi. Gadadhar goes on to say that once Kalyani is out of their way, they don’t have to worry much about Radha and her baby.

Kalyani confronts them and when Gadadhar tries to attack her, she fights back. Baxi hears some noises and comes there and Kalyani tells him that somebody had come to attack her. Baxi gets worried hearing this, and calls everyone. He tells them that for Kalyani’s safety he will be with her.

Kalyani then comes to the palace, but Radha tells her that she will be with the helpers and should not be seen anywhere near their rooms. Kalyani agrees to it without any hesitation.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Kalyani tells Gadadhar and Amba that now she is back in Rodang and is not going anywhere anytime soon. She tells them that she will always have her eyes on them and will be watching them. To know what happens next, keep watching “Vidrohi”.

Malvika of Rajan and Deepa Shahi’s “Anupamaa” is keeping the Shahs entertained with her funny antics. When Kavya stopped her from putting a star on top of the Christmas party she faked that she was angry, but soon burst out laughing. Seeing her behaviour, Kavya calls her crazy, but Malvika doesn’t mind.

Later, Malvika thanked Vanraj for getting her the place which she wanted for their restaurant. Kavya interrupts their conversation and seeing her Malvika asks Vanraj why she is always so doubtful.

In the evening, the Shahs gather for the Christmas celebration and both Bapuji and Mamaji come dressed as Santa. To their surprise GK too was dressed as Santa. Later, when Anuj and Anupamaa come, Malvika tells them that they have won the best dressed couple’s award. And then she does the unexpected. She asks Bapuji to get Anuj and Anupamaa married. Bapuji tells her that it’s not the right time to talk about this. Anupamaa tells Malvika that it’s enough and the latter gets angry. But Anupamaa manages to cheer her up.

In the upcoming episodes we will see that Bapuji and GK tell Anupamaa that they want her to agree to what Malvika asked for. They want her to marry Anuj. ‘Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei’: Chikoo makes a sacrifice

Chikoo of Nilanjana Purkayasstha and Herumb Khot’s “Chikoo Ki Mummy Durr Kei” has been making one sacrifice after another, but what she did now was unthinkable. All that Chikoo ever wanted was to be with her parents and even though she is with her real parents, she still can’t tell them the truth. But her happiness knew no bounds when Nupur and Milind decided to adopt her. However, seeing how things turned in the family, Chikoo gave up.

In the Thursday episode, we see that Kamini tells Aai and Nupur that she will leave home if she doesn’t get her share and if they want her to stay, then they need to throw Chikoo out. Nupur and Aai try to make her understand but to no avail. Chikoo hears this and is worried.

Later, just when Kamini, Subodh and their kids were leaving, Milind gets the adoption certificate. But seeing that Mini manipulates Chikoo. She tells her that she is breaking her own family and is giving a lot of trouble to her parents, whom she said she loved a lot. Chikoo did the unthinkable then and tore the paper. Nupur tries to stop her, but she tells her that she wants her real parents and her real family. She doesn’t want them to adopt her.

In the upcoming episode, we will see that Mini tells Kamini that she shouldn’t have taken her share of the property and given it to her kids. She tells her that she is Payal Joshi and if she doesn’t get her share then she will tell the family that Kamini faked the DNA reports. Meanwhile, Nupur tells Chikoo that there is an application using which one can see how they looked as kids.
