Jennifer recently celebrated her 52nd birthday, where the Jlo singer rekindled romance with Ben Affleck. Earlier Jennifer poster series of her birthday pictures, where in one snap she was seen kissing Affleck. During the New York premiere of his latest outing, Stillwater,Matt Damon the best friend of Ben was asked about his thoughts on ex-fiancée reuniting again.
“I’m just so happy for him. He’s the best,” said Damon for his best friend Ben. Further he added, “He deserves every happiness in the world. I’m glad for both of them.” Earlier when the 50-year-old actor was grilled on Today on the rumors of Bennifer’s relationship, Matt simply stated, “It’s a fascinating story. I hope it’s true. I love them both. I hope it’s true. That would be awesome.”
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were earlier engaged in 2002, but before they can get married, Ben parted ways with Jennifer in 2003. Thereafter, the duo were married and divorced to Marc Anthony and Jennifer Garner, respectively. After 17 long year the couples have found their way back, and they made their romance official to the world on Jlo singer’s birthday.
Meanwhile, the best friends Matt and Ben are coming together onscreen in Ridley Scott’s ‘The Last Duel’. Both of them along with Nicole Holofcener have co-written the screenplay. The duo have won an Oscar jointly for Best Original Screenplay for 1997’s Good Will Hunting. They won the deserving Oscar for Best Supporting Actor. The Last Duel also stars Adam Driver and Jodie Comer. The upcoming historical drama will mark its release in the US on October 15, 2021.
