Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos are adjusting to life as empty-nesters. To celebrate the occasion, the 50-year-old TV personality shared a photo on Instagram with her spouse. People began criticizing herself in the comments section after she posted an adorable beach photo with her husband Ryan” co-host.
As per Entertainment Tonight, while the majority of the reactions from fans and friends were good, things took a turn when one person said, “How is it you look 10 years younger Kelly? must be a relaxing holiday!” and to this one more user wrote, “As beautiful as she is it’s def a filter!” seeing to the comments she a claps back at the claims made about using a filter to look young. She said replying to the comments, “if it was a filter i would look amazing. It’s just the angle and sunset light.” After seeing her comment, several people praised the celebrity’s response in the comment section, with one person stating, “Perfect response Kelly! Ha ha and by the way, you do look amazing!” Wherein the other user posted, “You do look amazing! I know it isn’t a filter … you are just blessed and take great care of yourself, and it shows!”
This isn’t the first time earlier in July, Ripa responded to accusations that she was missing a foot in family vacation photos while celebrating some 2020 graduations in their family. As on person commented, “The picture looks awesome, where’s your other foot, Kelly?”
Ripa gave a befitting reply to the haters by sharing a video on her Instagram story. Not just that after arguing about the photo, Ripa also referred the commentators as “weirdos” and later that night released a video by demonstrating both her fit, and that she isn’t missing one.
Kelly and Mark have three children: Lola, 24, Michael, 20, and Joaquin, who is 18 years old.
