The much-anticipated Bollywood wedding is already in full swing! Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are getting married on December 9th at the Six Senses Fort in Barwara. The ‘Sangeet’ ritual will kick off the pre-wedding celebrations today. Tomorrow comes the ‘Mehendi’ ritual, which will be followed by a spectacular celebration. The pair managed to keep their wedding a secret, but according to Pinkvilla, Katrina and Vicky were promised Rs 100 crore by an OTT site in exchange for exclusive access to their wedding footage.

The article claims that “It’s a normal practise in the west for celebrities to sell their wedding film and photographs to publications and even television networks, since many followers want to see everything that transpired during their idol’s life-changing event. The streaming giant is hoping to extend the similar trend to India, and they’ve promised Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal Rs 100 crore to kick off their wedding franchise.”

According to reports, if Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal agree to the agreement, the OTT giant would record all of their wedding celebrations as a feature film. Live events and rare interviews with family, friends, and their teams will be featured in the feature film.

“The future course of action is up to Katrina and Vicky to determine.” There’s a chance they’ll reject the offer, but there’s also a chance they’ll collaborate with this behemoth because they want their followers to see everything that transpired in the palace,” a source said.

According to the same storey, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh were offered a similar deal as Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, but they rejected because they wanted to keep their wedding private.

On Friday, Rajendra Kishan, the District Collector (DC) of the state’s Sawai Madhopur district, claimed that 120 prominent Bollywood and other celebrities are anticipated to attend the wedding.

“These 120 guests must follow all COVID-19 standards and properly vaccinated visitors will receive access into the much-hyped celebrity wedding,” the District Collector informed the reporters.
