BTS, widely regarded as one of the most popular bands in the world, has worked with a number of renowned musicians throughout the years, including Jason Derulo, Nicky Minaj, Halsey, and others. Despite the fact that all of the collaborations were a success, with the songs topping music charts across the world, one collaboration in particular holds a unique place in the hearts of fans. People were moved by the band’s collaboration with Coldplay, My Universe, which included deep lyrics and a gorgeous medley of the lads with Chris Martin.
V, a member of the band, shared a video on social media looking back at the time the K-pop group practised with Coldplay for My Universe.
V released a clip from the ‘Coldplay X BTS Inside ‘My Universe’ Documentary’ on his personal Instagram account. The K-pop group was seen jamming out the music with Coldplay and filming their solo portions in the video clip.
“This song is about how love has the capacity to transcend all things, including boundaries, regulations, genders, ethnicity, and sexuality.” If you look at individuals who are separated by a border or who are unable to be together, you will see that they are split. That is the subject of this song. “It’s about how nothing can truly separate those who love each other.”
The band’s fans, known as ARMY, wasted little time in posting the post on social media and praising the collaboration tune My Universe. “Awww, remember last year when he wanted to collaborate with Coldplay after two years? It happened now,” one admirer said.
The 26-year-old singer previously spoke about his time with the British rock band while recording the top-charting song My Universe in an interview with Vogue magazine in December of last year. The singer added that he received several accolades from his bandmates as well as members of Coldplay, who dubbed him “the second Chris Martin.”
“I sung it from beginning to end when the vocal guide demo came out in English,” says the singer. Coldplay members listened attentively and complemented me, comparing me to Chris Martin. Since then, I’ve played the recording a lot!”
Meanwhile, V made headlines when his self-designed bag, the Mute Boston Bag, purportedly set records as the world’s quickest bag to sell out, with admirers snapping it up in seconds.
