Ranveer Singh, recently got extremely sentimental at an awards event, where he gave full credit to his family for his success in life. He called them “God” and said that all that he does in life is for them.
On Saturday, Ranveer shared a video on Instagram, and captioned it, “POV (point of view: you’re living a dream), after he received the Filmfare Best Actor Award for his movie 83. While giving his speech Ranveer got very emotional and said, “Everything that happens in my life is beyond my wildest imagination. Most of the time, I can’t even believe that I am here, doing this, standing in front of you all. I am in disbelief every day that I became an actor. It’s a miracle.”
Profusely thanking his family, he says, “Sabse bada dhanyawad to main aapka karna chahunga (I want to thank) the audience, for being a part of my journey and allowing me to live out my dream. Main jo kuch bhi hu apne maa baap ki wajah se hu, aur apne didi ki wajah se hu. Wo mere liye bhagwan hai. Main jo kuch bhi karta hu bhagwan ke liye karta hu, aur jo kuch bhi hu bhagwan ki wajah se hu. Mere ghar me Laxmi hai (What I am today is because of my parents and sister. They are my Gods. Cracking a joke on Ranveer crying on stage, Deepika’ s sister cutely comments on the video, “Who is cutting the damn onions?”
The actor also brought his wife on stage and kissed Deepika to celebrate his happy moment.
