The long-awaited ‘The Kerela Story’, is all set to come on OTT. The film is directed by Sudipto Sen and backed by Vipul Sen.
The movie is the journey of three girls who are manipulated to changing their religion by their roommate. The movie’s first half delves with how the girls are manipulated to change their religion and the second half shows Shalini’s journey as Fatima Ba- a converted member of the terrorist group and her imprisonment in Afghanistan. The incidents cover the year 2018-19, when a large number of youth, come under the influence of the terrorists.
The movie will be dropping on ZEE5 on the 16th of February. Vipul Amrutlal Shah commented, that the movie will be a delight to watch on OTT. He said, “After the tremendous success at the box office, we have been receiving thousands of mails asking when will The Kerela Story come on OTT. So, the wait is finally over and here it is. The Kerela Story is going to premiere on ZEE5 and it’s going to be an amazing experience to sit in your house, watch the film and there are so many moments where u want to rewind or rewatch or watch the film again and again.”
