Olga Kuznetcova is a New York based former model turned coach. She moved to New York from Russia and began her modelling career in America by participating in fashion shows and coaching teenagers on runaway modelling.
She completed a one-year coaching course at the Columbia University and began coaching her female clients on how to make progress in their careers and assert themselves. She realized confidence is the key. She stated, “The less you do, the more confident you look. That’s the secret.”
She started classes on Zoom and made TikTok reels to help women feel more confident, improve their posture, walk in heels and make their presence felt.
Four changes we need to incorporate to look more confident according to her are,
- ITS ALL IN THE EYES- She says, “If the moment we enter, we start looking around from one person to another, it instantly shows that we are not sure.” Make eye contact and keep your head still.
- THE RULE OF 3- Kuznetcova states, “You have to make sure that your head, your torso and your feet look at this person.” This shows you are totally engaged with the other person.
- SHOULDERS BACK, CHEST OUT- A tip she gave is to do a classic yoga “namaste”, keeping a good posture demonstrates confidence.
- COMMIT TO IT- Her classes require students to walk in heels, this helps to tune in to your feminine energy.
