The true names and birthdays of BTS members V aka Kim Taehyung and Jungkook were included in the’registry of joining the dead’ list of a certain scene in the K-drama series ‘Tomorrow,’ causing outrage among BTS fans. BTS ARMY has been assaulting social media with anti-K-drama tweets ever since this gaffe was discovered.

BTS ARMY recently scrutinised Korean singer-actor Rowoon’s drama Tomorrow, which featured BTS members V and Jungkook’s names on a homicide dead list. The Bangtan Boys’ names appeared on the’registry of joining the dead’ in episode 7 of the K-drama, which aired on April 11. V’s true name was Kim Tae Hyung, and his birth date was December 30, with a different year. Jungkook’s date of birth was also listed under the name Kim Yu Rim.

While this sparked outrage among fans on the internet, the Tomorrow production team has replied to the topic. “(The birth dates on the list) are merely a mix of numbers, and there are no other motives (behind them),” Soompi said, clarifying the sequences from the show.

Every Friday and Saturday, Tomorrow airs on the Korean channel MBC and on Netflix. The fantasy drama stars SF9’s main vocalist Rowoon, Kim Hee Seon, and Lee Soo Hyuk and is based on the same-named webtoon.
