Ajay Devgn took to his social media account and shared a picture from the sets of Drishyam 2. In the picture, Ajay Devgn can be seen discussing a scene with co-star Shriya and director Abhishek Pathak. The actor wrote: Can Vijay protect his family again? #Drishyam2 shoot begins.
Talking more about the film, Ajay Devgn stated that he is elated to be a part of Drishyam 2 and that he is looking forward. “Drishyam was loved and it’s a legend. I am now elated to present yet another interesting story with Drishyam 2. Vijay is a multidimensional character and he creates an engaging narrative onscreen. Abhishek Pathak (director) has a fresh vision for this film. I’m keenly looking forward to part 2, filling in the large shoes of the earlier film with people investing in the mystery and the characters.”
First Hindi remake of Drishyam movie was directed by Nishikant Kamat who passed away in 2020. Drishyam 2 will be helmed by Abhishek Kamat.
