Shakun Batra and Deepika Padukone ridiculed Ananya Panday when she stated in a recent interview that she viewed Swedish and Polish films before meeting with him. Shakun and Deepika questioned Ananya about the titles of the films she had seen, and she replied she couldn’t recall.

Ananya and Deepika are now preparing for the release of Shakun’s Gehraiyaan. In addition to Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa, the film stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa. On February 11, it will be available on Amazon Prime Video as a direct-to-digital release.

Shakun was told about Ananya seeing Polish films. “First, you list three Polish films,” he said, laughing. Deepika got in on the mocking.

“I don’t recall the names,” Ananya said. “No, then I stopped watching when I saw how Shakun genuinely is,” she replied when urged by Deepika to “identify one at least.” “Let me tell you what Ananya and I share on Instagram,” the director said. Ananya only posts Bhojpuri stories on my Instagram, which is where we really connect. “Our actual, authentic connection is in real shambles.”

Ananya and Deepika’s first collaboration with Shakun is Gehraiyaan. The film explores the four main protagonists’ tumultuous lifestyles as well as the complexities of modern relationships. In crucial parts, it also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Rajat Kapoor.

Producer Karan Johar noted at the premiere of Gehraiyaan’s trailer that the video may give the idea that the film is about adultery in relationships, but it is much more. “We’re expressing our syntax by presenting you to characters that are intricate, twisted, and complex.” The trailer only scrapes the surface, but there’s a lot more to it than that. You could believe it’s a film about infidelity-based relationships on the surface, but it’s not. “It’s about so much more,” he explained, “choices and implications of so much more.”
