Next, Ananya will seen be seen in ‘Control’ by Vikramaditya Motwane. When her team informed her that Vikram sir wanted to meet her, she was initially shocked and questioned the purpose of the meeting.
Ananya further stated that her self-belief is very low. She is always seeking validation from others, even on the sets. She always questions her directors if the shot was okay or if another repeat is needed.
Ananya said that she couldn’t believe she got the film, she mentioned being “in shock”. She said, “With Vikram sir, it was actually a dream to work with him, because I’ve watched Udaan countless times. It’s my mum’s favorite movie.”
Talking about her low self-esteem, she says even if someone praises her work, her first reaction is, “Really? Are you sure? Me? So, I have that, which I’m trying to get better at. I don’t know where it comes from. I think it’s always been in my personality.”
