Ananya Panday is fitness freak and her trainer Namrata Purohit took to Instagram and captured this beauty enjoying a halo fitness session.
Halo training is an effective combination of strength training along with Pilates and stability exercises. It tones the body along with being a holistic approach for emotional and physical well-being. Ananya looks radiant and is glowing, all thanks to her workout.
This training stresses on the importance of core workout. It strengthens the core and helps maintain proper posture and prevents injuries. This workout focusses on overall muscles, not a single muscle group.
Further, you need to focus and balance while doing this workout. This enhances the body and mind coordination. The exercises are low impact thus they keep the knees safe.
Though our budding actress is only 22, her approach to fitness and self-care is worth a compliment. She says, “That’s how you attain self-love-when you listen to your body and respect it, because it does so much for you. It’s there for you more than anything else in the world.”
As far as her die is concerned, “I eat well and clean six days a week. Then every Sunday, its burgers galore. I am happiest with my body when its well fed, well rested and well exercised. More than trying to hit a target body weight or size, I am looking for happiness by simply being kind to my body.”
