Ankur Warikoo says he didn’t compromise on chole bhature, sweets during his 10 kg-weight loss journey.

Ankur Warikoo has transformed his body. He shed 10 kgs in 12 months to get a lean body. The good part is, he enjoyed his favorite ‘chole bhature’ and ‘sweets’, yet he managed the weight loss.

He wrote on X, “The 3T MODEL- track, train and transform.” He wants to inspire other to take charge of their own health. according to him, each one of us must be mindful of the calories we are “consuming” and “burning.” In his experience, “the only way to lose fat/ weight in the body is to get a calorie deficit”- consume fewer calories than one spends.

His meals consist of protein, nuts, paneer, eggs, fruits, pulses, curd and vegetables. He starts his meals at 9 am and eats nothing after 6.30 pm. He also lifts weights to build muscle. He mostly eats the same meals to keep the calorie math in mind.

Warikoo’s words to his followers are, “How you feel when you look at your body is how you think the world feels when they look at you!”

He had his days of eating his favorite foods yet ‘consistency’ is the key. His intake is carbs 40%, fat he reduced from 40% to 15% and increased his protein intake from 20 to 45%. His goal was to get a 7500 deficit of calories every 2 weeks.

An entrepreneur, an author and a content creator, he has taken the internet by storm with his physical transformation.
