Actor Arjun Rampal has tested negative for the novel corona virus on Thursday, April 22. The actor took to social media to share his health update with his fans and well wishers. He also urged people to stay safe and follow all the safety measures.
The Ek Ajnabee actor took to his Instagram handle and shared his selfie and wrote, “My prayers for all those suffering and families for their losses. Feel truly blessed to have two tests both Negative. God has been kind. One of the main reasons I am told by doctors I recovered so fast, was because I had taken my first dose of the vaccine, thus making the viral load very low, with no symptoms. I would urge everyone to get vaccinated as soon as possible and continue to take all safety measures. Thank you all for your love and best wishes. Stay positive and don’t become positive. Stay safe be smart. This too shall pass. Love and light #recovered.”
On April 17, Arjun shared with his fans on social media that he has been tested positive of the virus and is under home quarantine.
In his statement he wrote, “I have tested positive for Covid-19, Even though I am asymptomatic, I have isolated myself and home quarantine, getting the needed medical care. I am following all protocols as is required of me. To all those who have been in contact with me in the past 10 days, please take care and take the necessary precautions. This is a very scary time for us but if we are aware and wise for a short span of time, it will yield long term benefits. Together, we can and we will fight corona!”
As the second wave on novel corona virus is hitting hard on India, many celebs have got contracted to the deadly virus.
On the professional front, Arjun Rampal recently wrapped up the shooting of ‘The Rapist’ also starring Konkana Sen Sharma and directed by Aparna Sen. He will also be seen in Dhaakad, featuring Kangana Ranaut. He also has Mughal Road, Hari Hara Veera Mallu, Natik and Battle of Bhima Koregaon in the pipeline for the release.
