Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan, Minister for Prisons and Spokesperson for the Government of Punjab, was invited to the opening of an electronics store in his Rawalpindi constituency on September 2.

Chohan was apparently unable to cut the ribbon with the scissors since they were dull. As a result, Chohan cut the ribbon with his teeth, as everyone else at the ceremony laughed.

Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chohan uploaded the video and gave an explanation on Twitter, stating that the “scissors were blunt and nasty.”
