Jawan director Atlee has cast a spell over Bollywood, his movie has broken all records at home. His fame has travelled to Hollywood as well and he has been flooded with offers. But our man has a strong conviction, to create magic onscreen, you need to love your work and the people you work with.
Love is the driving force in his life. In a recent interview, he stated, “Without love there is nothing in the world. There is no math formula to my job. My craft is about love. If I don’t love something, I can’t creatively produce. So, I have to fall in love. If I like a girl, I just can’t marry. I have to fall in love with her. Similarly, if I am making a film, it’s not only with the hero, I have to fall in the love with the producer also. The world is driven my love, without it everything will turn mechanical.”
Jawan has broken all records. The action scenes have caught the attention of Hollywood. The scene in which SRK is engulfed in flames, has been highly appreciated and it had Atlee’s vision and master stroke. His work has been globally acknowledged.
After Jawan, Atlee is reported to be teaming with Allu Arjun for a pan-India film, though its all in the initial stages. A lot of people have offered Atlee a blank cheque to work with them, but he is a firm believer of love, for him love can create anything not money.
