Bhumi Pednekar, who has cemented her spot in the Indian cinema business by giving standout performances, now wants to branch out into the action genre.

“I absolutely want to do a full power action picture,” Pednekar, who appears to be eager to add an action film to her resume, added. That is something I have never done before. I’d like to see myself accomplish anything like that with Bhumi, like in the Matrix or Lara Croft. It excites me, and I’m looking forward to learning more about it in the near future. I believe I will have a great time doing this. So, I’m looking for it right now, and perhaps I’ll find something.”

“The cinematic world is my oyster,” she continued, “and I believe there is so much more to discover.” I consider myself extremely lucky to be cast in such a diverse range of roles. The year 2022 will be packed of personalities that are on different extremes of the spectrum.”

Pednekar has established herself as an exceptional performer, appearing in films like as ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha,’ ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha,’ ‘Shubh Mangal Savdhaan,’ ‘Bala,’ ‘Lust Stories,’ and ‘Badhaai Do,’ among others.

“I honestly don’t have an answer to that,” Pednekar replied when asked where she envisions herself in 20 years. I mean, I’d be a climate activist without a doubt. I can absolutely picture myself in the role of actor. Is this, though, the only thing I’d be doing? “Certainly not!”

“There are a lot of things I’m enthusiastic about,” she continued. One of them is having my own company. I’m not sure how I’m going to broaden my horizons. I’m not sure if I’ll be generating anything. I’m not sure if I’d be a good entrepreneur. Acting and being a climate activist, on the other hand, will undoubtedly be a part of it.”

Anubhav Sinha’s ‘Bheed,’ Ajay Bahl’s ‘The Ladykiller,’ Shashank Khaitan’s ‘Govinda Aala Re,’ Akshay Kumar’s ‘Raksha Bandhan,’ Sudhir Mishra’s ‘Afwaa,’ and Gauri Khan’s ‘Bhakshak’ are among Pednekar’s upcoming features.
