Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss to get premiered on OTT platform Voot from August 8. Bollywood actor and Bigg Boss host Salman Khan made the announcement through a hilarious funny video. On Wednesday the makers of the popular reality show called out Salman’s Eid gift by releasing a teaser video of Bigg Boss.

In the video, by laughing out louder, Salman can be seen indicating of Bigg Boss OTT to get ban on TV. Speaking on the reasons behind the TV ban, Salman said, “Iss baar ka Bigg Boss hai itna crazy, itna over the top, TV par toh ban ho jaayega (The Bigg Boss this time is so crazy, that it will surely get banned on TV).”

Further, in the video, Salman mentioned that, “TV par main host karunga, boot mein, suit mein, taaki usse pehle aap dekho voot pe (television hosting will be done by me, wearing shoes and suits but you can watch it first only on Voot).”

The six-week series will get premiered before television on Voot Select. Salman won’t be hosting the digital edition of the reality show. The Bigg Boss teaser has surely left the fans very excited and they can’t wait to watch the new season of the reality show.

Salman Khan in an Interview with The Indian Express mentioned his happiness of Bigg Boss getting premiere on the OTT platform 6 weeks prior of television. “It’s great that this season of Bigg Boss will be digital first with Bigg Boss OTT, 6 weeks ahead of television. The platform will see unparalleled interactivity where the audience will not only get entertained but also participate, engage, give tasks and more – It’s truly for the people and by the people. My advice to all contestants is to be active, entertaining and conduct themselves well in BB,” said Salman.

Earlier a Source reported to The Indian Express that, the OTT version will be the mixture influencers, social media stars and celebrities as contestants. It will not be an hour-long episode like television, instead viewers will get to see contestants journey 24 X7 live on Voot.
