Ant-Man 3: Bill Murray gives confirmation about him playing a villain in new Marvel movie. Last year October, Bill had accidentally disclosed in an interview he had been cast in a secret role in Marvel’s upcoming superhero film ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’. Later on, when more questioned by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel about his role in the film, he simply said, “I am not at liberty to talk about it.”
However, there is no clear information about what character Bill will be portraying and how significant the role will be in the film. If he is actually playing a role of bad guy then it will be quite a departure from his usual lovable-comedic roles. The actor is well known for his roles in Tootsie, Ghostbusters and Groundhog Day.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is the third part of the Ant-Man series and part of MCU’s Phase 4. The film features Paul Rudd in the lead role along with Evangelline Lilly, Michael Douglas, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kathryn Newton, and Jonathan Majors. The film has a theatre release schedule in July, 2023.
