Ayushmann Khurrana has come a long way in his career. He often goes down memory lane and relives the good old days. This time, the actor took to social media today, June 23, and remembered how he used to be back in 2006 at Panjab University.
Ayushmann also shared a throwback snap of himself from his Roadies days. The actor grew up in Chandigarh and studied at Panjab University. He recalls that he was the “most famous guy” of the university.
Ayushmann took to Instagram and shared an old snap of himself and penned a note describing the carefree university days. Along with the photo, he wrote, “(Circa 2006) Baat hai Panjab University ke hut number fourteen ki. Muskaan hai befikar everyday routine ki. Mass comm dept ki purani building ke peeche. Samosa aur chai. University ka most famous guy. Fir bhi quite shy. #throwback.”
Father’s day post
The actor shared throwback photos of his dad, P Khurrana on this father’s day. A photo from good old black-and-white days. He also penned a long note, “Bachpan mein papa ki lagayi paabandiyon ko todne mein bahut mazaa aata tha. Aur ab bade ho kar khud pe lagayi paabandiyaan todi nahi jaati.’ We got it from him. The discipline. The love for music, poetry, films and art. He studied law but was always intrigued by astrology. He’s the reason behind the double Ns and double Rs in my name. At the same time he also taught us that we have the ability to carve out our own destiny and our good karma can supersede any soothsayer. My friend, philosopher and guide. My father.”
On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana will be seen in Anubhav Sinha’s Anek. The action thriller movie is produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar. The actor also will be seen in Doctor G with Rakul Preet Singh.
Recently, he has wrapped up Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui, opposite Vaani Kapoor.
