Pop Star Britney Spears was under conservatorship from past 13 years. The singer pleaded in the open court to end her ‘toxic’ conservatorship. Britney made various allegations in the open court against her father Jamie Spears including this, that her father did not allow her to have children, made her take lithium and forced her to perform live shows.

According to the new documents that were recorded by the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, June 30 states that, a judge has denied the request of removing Spears father from her conservatorship. Primarily, the judge as approve the Bessemer Trust as the co-conservator of Britney’s estate but, her father still remains the sole conservator.

The court document reads, ““The conservator’s request to suspend James P. Spears immediately upon the appointment of Bessemer Trust Company of California as sole conservator of estate is denied without prejudice.”

Further the court documents also stated that despite that court found Britney to be “substantially unable to manage his or her financial resources or to resist fraud or undue influence”.

Additionally, the reports by New York Times states that, Britney’s father Jamie has filed for investigation against the allegation made on him by his daughter during her court testimony last week. Jamie’s pleaded to the court read: “serious allegations regarding forced labour, forced medical treatment and therapy, improper medical care, and limitations on personal rights.” Further the documents read, “Given the nature of the allegations and claims, it is critical that the court confirm whether or not Ms Spears’ testimony was accurate in order to determine what corrective actions, if any, need to be taken.”

Jamie said he did everything for the welfare of his daughter. Having the power to make decisions about the life of singer, he stated that he consented about sharing the conservatorship with her fiancé, when she got married back in 2012. The singer was engaged to Jason Trawick, that was her former manager, but later the duo got separated in 2013.
