BTS’ youngest member Jungkook’s birthday is around the corner. It is just a couple of days away now. It is natural that BTS ARMY is already in a celebratory mood. Jungkook is the most popular member of the boy band worldwide. And the most adorable Jungkook would be turning 24 on September 1st this year.
BTS ARMY is gearing up to celebrate his birthday in a big way. However, there is little known fact about the superstar. Reportedly, Jungkook had second thoughts about joining BTS. This was right before his debut when he had gone to Los Angeles.
Jungkook had gone to LA to get trained in dancing from an institute. And out there, he felt alone and away from his homeland. This feeling made Jungkook homesick. Jungkook revealed in a blog post after his debut that the training was difficult for him. Therefore, Jungkook considered becoming a dancer instead of debuting with BTS.
Nevertheless, the boy band members convinced Jungkook in the most unconventional style. The BTS members got him ice cream to change his mind. And… he was convinced!
Jungkook mentioned in his blog, “I went to America and suddenly I didn’t want to debut in BTS. I wanted to be a dancer. I just want to dance. So the members bought ice cream to convince me.” For the unversed, Jungkook is a foodie. He loves everything sweet and especially ice creams.
In the meantime, the septet’s second all-English single Butter has again gained popularity. After Megan Thee Stallion dropped the remix version of the song, it has become a worldwide rage.
