BTS has accomplished way more feats than we can count. They have broken more records than we can count. However, BTS spilled that they still had worries while releasing their latest single ‘Butter’! Butter was released on May 21st and has been on the Billboard Hot 100 chart ever since.
Ironically, Butter created history as it continued to hold the 1st position in the Billboard Hot 100 chart for 5 consecutive weeks! Not only is this a great feat but it also made BTS the first Asian act to accomplish such a historical feat!
To celebrate their accomplishment, BTS held a live broadcast wherein they revealed their worries while releasing Butter.
RM candidly spoke about how their last single Dynamite had topped the Billboard Music Chart too but it had not held that position for a total of 5 weeks! RM confessed that they were worried haters would criticize BTS if Butter didn’t perform as well as Dynamite. They felt the haters would say “BTS peaked. They aren’t the same as they used to be. It’s time for them to be replaced.”
Suga then showed off some of his moves and said “We’re No.1 for the 5 weeks,”
