BTS’ ‘Permission to Dance’ reaches the 100 million mark in 2 days and 4 hours!

The world of BTS is truly amazing. Fans (ARMY) have continued to support BTS through thick and thin. BTS released Butter and it broke all records! Butter is now holding the first spot on the Billboard ‘Hot 100 Charts’ for 6 consecutive weeks!

Recently, BTS released yet another superhit single titled ‘Permission to Dance’, and soon enough, fans showered it with support.

On July 11th at 5.09 KST, the music video hit the 100 million mark. This became the 35th music video by BTS and Big Hit Entertainment to reach that milestone. Considering that the music video was released on July 9 at 1 PM KST, it only took two days, four hours, and nine minutes to hit the 100 million mark.

BTS also enjoyed high first-day album sales on the Hanteo chart. BTS sold an impressive 1,711,870 copies on its first day of their ‘Butter’ single album’s release. The Butter CD album contains both Butter and Permission to Dance.

Fans have taken to social media to show their support and love for BTS and their new single.
