‘BTS’ will host an online concert next month to meet fans all around the world, according to the group’s management agency, which announced the event on Wednesday afternoon.

There are only a few days left till Bang Con 21! To be held on April 17th, the virtual event, hosted by BTS, will relive a couple of their past performances and fan meet-and-greets.

According to a Big Hit Music statement on its fan forum We verse, the concert, dubbed “BTS Permission to Dance on Stage,” will be livestreamed on Oct. 24.

It stated that more information about the ticket sales timetable would be released in the future. This day should be a celebration for all of our followers, J-Hope stated in a video uploaded on the rapper’s official Twitter account. “Our stage is where you are.”

The seven-piece band announced last month that its planned world tour, the “BTS Map of the Soul Tour,” would be cancelled. The COVID-19 epidemic has delayed the worldwide concert tour by more than a year. The tour was originally scheduled to visit 18 nations, including the United States, Japan, and Germany, commencing in April of last year.

BTS’ last “BTS Map of the Soul ON: E” in October last year, which garnered 990,000 viewers across the world, was its first worldwide internet concert in almost a year. One million individuals from 195 countries watched the group’s virtual fan conference, “2021 Muster Sowoozoo,” in June.

A special presidential ambassador for future generations and culture, BTS will be in New York next week for the annual United Nations General Assembly. (Yonhap)
