Chrissy Teigen reveals about feeling ‘slightly down’ in candid post about her pregnancy loss; says ‘I don’t really feel like I fully processed Jack’

Chrissy Teigen has got candid about feeling low lately. The Cravings cookbook author, 35, has opened up about her prior life in New York, and reflected on happier times that she had before the death of her son Jack. Teigen took to her Instagram handle, and talked on dealing with pregnancy loss in her new post. She also admitted that she may not have fully recovered from the death of her son Jack. Chrissy in her recent post, spoke about how she felt over the last year and why is she feeling lonely currently.

On Sept. 30, Chrissy gave birth to her third kid at just 20 weeks following a partial placental abruption. She attributes to her ongoing grief over her son Jack’s death last year. Taking to Instagram, the model shared a photo of her and husband John Legend. Her post caption reads, “Just reminiscing about New York a lot lately, when things were simple, thinking about all the stuff I’ve done and been through not just this year but in my life.”  Further Chrissy spoke that working on book has made her miss her son Jack. Speaking on same she added, “I’m slightly down lately. It kind of started when I was thinking of my book caption and typed out ‘my third baby is here!!’ as in a cookbook, then realized my third baby will never be here.”

Chrissy also spoke that she might overcome from the loss of his son Jack by working on the new book. She wants to give all the time to her new book. “Then I realized I threw myself into the book to not think of the real, actual third baby. I don’t really feel like I fully processed Jack and now that I don’t have the alcohol to numb it away, things are just…there, waiting to be acknowledged,” she continued.

The model and author concluded her post saying that she needs to find herself in old place again as she lost her somewhere.  “Just feels so weird to pretend nothing happened in this online world but feel like utter s*** in real life. Going outside sucks and doesn’t feel right, being at home alone with my mind makes my depressed head race. But I do know that however I’m handling this now isn’t the right answer. I feel lost and need to find my place again, I need to snap out of this, I desperately wanna communicate with you guys instead of pretending everything is OK,” said Chrissy.
