Alia Bhatt has been busy since July with the shoot of her debut production film Darlings. The actress has now shared an update about the film in her recent social media post. Shefali Shah and Roshan Mathew, who are playing prominent roles in the comedy-drama, have completed their part of the shoot. Alia bid the actors goodbye with a sweet note and shared photos with them.
Alia has recently announced her own production company, Eternal Sunshine Productions. The first film under her production house, Darlings, will be co-produced by Red Chillies Entertainment. The actress, along with other cast members, Shefali Shah, Roshan Mathew, and Vijay Varma began shooting in July. On Thursday, the Raazi actress shared that Shefali Shah and Roshan Mathew have completed shooting for the film.
Taking to official Instagram handle, Alia Bhatt shared a bunch of photos from the sets of Darlings. The actress also wrote an emotional note for them. “Oh, man shef (Shefali Shah) how will I not see you on set every day. Will miss you much @shefalishahofficial… It such a joy working with you @roshan.matthew!!! the best time ever,” she wrote and further added, “P.S (this our fabulous super hard working team).”
Shefali Shah and Roshan Mathew also took to their respective Instagram space to share pictures and say goodbye to the cast and crew of Darlings. Shefali shared an adorable snap with Alia and wrote, “Another wrap Nothing prepares me for the good-byes #ShootWrap.”
Meanwhile, Roshan Mathew wrote, “Thank you, Darlings Hugs to the incredibly talented @aliaabhatt @shefalishahofficial and @itsvijayvarma. It’s been great working with you guys and watching you play. I hope I’ve not let you down, @jasmeet_k_reen @im_anilmehta @badwelkar #satish.”
