Actress Dia Mirza has shared a sweet birthday wish for her husband Vaibhav Rekhi. She shared a throwback picture with him and penned an emotional message. She also called Vaibhav the best father and husband in her note.

Dia and Vaibhav embraced parenthood in May, as they welcomed their son, Avyaan. The duo tied the knot on February 15 after dating for a long time. Today, the actress took to her Instagram space and shared a snap in which Vaibhav is seen looking at Dia’s tattoo. She has Azad written on her wrist in Hindi. Wishing her hubby on his birthday, Dia wrote, “What does this tattoo mean?” You had asked “it means Freedom From Fear – Azaad. “ What a long way we’ve come in such a short time Vaibhav. Happy Birthday to the best Papa and partner in the whole world. You make our lives perfect in every possible way. Here’s to many more adventures and discoveries together! #SunsetKeDiVane.”

Dia and Vaibhav blessed with a baby boy

Dia Mirza and Vaibhav Rekhi welcomed their son Avyaan on May 14 but they announced the news of his birth two months later. In her note, Dia revealed that her son was born prematurely. She wrote, “These words perfectly exemplify Vaibhav & my feelings right now. Our heartbeat, our son Avyaan Azaad Rekhi was born on May 14th. Having arrived early, our little miracle has since then been cared for by tireless nurses and doctors in the Neonatal ICU.”

Dia and Vaibhav got married in an intimate ceremony on February 15. Their wedding was attended by family members and a few close friends. The couple went to the Maldives for a holiday post their wedding.

Dia Mirza was earlier married to Sahil Sangha. The two got separated in August 2019. Dia then started dating Vaibhav Rekhi, who was earlier married to Yoga instructor, Sunaina Rekhi.
