Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor removed of their Fortune Heights home earlier this year and have shifted into a more spacious and lavish address within the same vicinity. The couple made this move just before their second son Jeh was born. Interestingly, they still own the property at Fortune Heights in Bandra and have put it on rent. consistent with a news portal, an agreement states that Saif’s 1,500-square-foot apartment has been rented for Rs 3.5 lakh per month, with a margin of Rs 15 lakh.
Moreover, the flat has been reportedly rented for 3 years and therefore the rent subsequently increases per annum . Back in 2012, Saif and Kareena’s registered marriage happened at Fortune Heights within the presence of close family and friends. The couple had made their introduction as newlyweds at the terrace of the building. Over the years, Saif and Kareena hosted parties and celebrated festivals at this home. While their plush new house is an extension of kinds of their old one, because it comes with a replacement nursery for Jeh, Taimur has his own space, along side beautiful terraces, a swimming bath , outdoor areas, and open spaces that are landscaped.
Currently the family is in Maldives, celebrating Saif Ali Khan’s 51 st birthday. Revealing details about their trip, a source had told Bombay Times, “Saif is watching having a comfortable family time this year on his birthday. He was just too exhausted with the work and wanted to hit the pause button to relax and unwind. this is often getting to be his first break after an extended time as he was juggling between the tiring shooting schedules and other work commitments. On the work front, Saif Ali Khan has been busy shooting for his upcoming horror comedy ‘Bhoot Police’ with Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez. aside from this, Saif also has mythological drama ‘Adipurush’ co-starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon.
