Ayushmann Khurrana has a knack for pulling off different roles and Dream Girl 1 and 2 are evidence for the same. Directed by Raaj Sahaandilyaa, the movie earned nearly 11 crores on Friday itself.

The movie released on 25th August and has got off to a good start. Ayushmann is seen as Karam disguised as Pooja and Ananya is his love. The movie is a sequel to Dream Girl 1 and is produced by Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor under Balaji Motion Pictures. The cast includes Paresh Rawal, Vijay Razz, Manjot Singh, Rajpal Yadav, Manoj Joshi, Annu Kapoor and Seema Pahwa.

As for the storyline, Karam lives in Mathura. He turns into a woman and tries to woo multiple people and juggles between his life as Pooja and Karam. Ayushmann has all the sass, wearing the lehngas, all dolled-up and we can hear him talk his way into everyone’s hearts.

In this movie, Karam can marry the love of his life only if he clears off his father’s debts. In his journey to make some quick moollah, he transforms to a bar dancer Pooja. Things to get messy. Pooja has a huge fan following, several suitors wish to marry her and there’s a huge comedy of errors.

There’s not a dull moment in this movie. One thing that deserves a special applause is Ayushman’s acting. He’s pulled off the role beautifully. He’s the versatile hero, whose always keen to send out a social message to the masses. Ayushmann feels his respect for women has grown by leaps and bounds for all that they have to undergo.

Watch this movie to be thoroughly entertained and enjoy it.
