Jennie from BLACKPINK appears to have come full circle in her life. When ‘Squid Game’ star Lee Jung Jae met her, the beauty had BLINKS on social media buzzing. Lee Jung Jae, who has been utilising his new Instagram account to showcase some of his greatest images and videos, recently shared a few photos from the recent gala. While the actor posted a selfie with Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio on Wednesday, he followed up on Sunday with a few more snaps from his reel.
A picture with BLACKPINK’s Jennie, a selfie with ‘Squid Game’ co-star Jung Ho Yeon, and a photograph with Hollywood actress Elle Fanning were among the photos he shared. While all three photos show him smiling and laughing with the attractive ladies, his selfie with Jennie has garnered the most attention. BLINKS couldn’t help but go back to the singer’s unusual ‘bond’ with the Korean superstar. Jennie’s mother was a tremendous admirer of Lee Jung Jae and his K-drama serial ‘Sandglass,’ to the point where she named her kid Jae Hui, the character’s name in the show.
When the singer paid a visit to her bestie Jung Ho Yeon on the set of ‘Squid Game,’ she made headlines.
Director Hwang Dong-hyuk announced the show’s return for a second season last week. “It’s almost as though you’re forcing us to make a decision. For a second season, there’s been a lot of pressure, desire, and affection “At a red-carpet celebration for the programme, Hwang Dong-hyuk said to AP in a statement.
“I’m thinking about it right now. Currently, I’m working on a plan. However, I believe it is too early to predict when and how this will occur. So I assure you, Gi-hun will return and accomplish something good for the world “Hwang said.
