  1. Physical activity – This can aid in the management of symptoms including pain and stress. Do not engage in any intense activity. Walking, yoga, swimming, aerobics, or cycling are all good options. Daily exercise will also assist you in maintaining a healthy weight.
  2. Get enough sleep – Sleep deprivation has an impact on the endocrine system, which leads to changes in hormone production patterns. On a daily basis, try to obtain at least 8 hours of sleep.
  3. Holistic healing – Relieve stress while maintaining a positive attitude.
