Based on the first look coming, it seems like Alia Bhatt as Gangubai Kathiawadi is going to be fierce and fiery.
Alia Bhatt has time and again proved her acting mettle. And the actress’s next movie is all set to hit the theaters this very year.

Yes you read it right! Gangubai Kathiawadi has got its release date. And also the good news coming is that the film will release this very year.
And further the date for release has also been locked.
The film happens to be a biographical crime film. It is said to be based on a chapter about Gangubai Kothewali from Hussain Zaidi’s book.
The book is titled Mafia Queens Of Mumbai. The movie is directed, produced and also written by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
The movie also stars Shantanu Maheshwari as Ramnik Lal. In addition Vijay Raaz, Seema Pahwa and Rohit Sukhwani are a part of Gangubai Kathiawadi cast.
In addition actor Ajay Devgan will be seen essaying the character of Karim Lala.
We recently also reported that Ajay Devgan allocated 10 to 12 days to shoot for the film. He will shoot at the end of February most likely.

Emraan Hashmi will also appear in a cameo character in the film.
On Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s birthday today Gangubai Kathiawadi release date has been announced. The movie will release in cinemas on 30th July, 2021.
