Poison Ivy is making her (return) to Gotham City with Batwoman season 3. Bridget Regan will reprise her role as Poison Ivy, a.k.a. Pamala Isley, in Batwoman in the upcoming season. Bridget Regan will be seen alongside Javicia Leslie, and she will return as a former botany student at Gotham University who was a passionate, bright scientist who wanted to make the world a better place.

Pamela’s goals altered when a colleague exposed her to an experiment in which she was injected with various plant toxins, converting her into the iconic Batman villain Poison Ivy. Pamela used her abilities to do what she believed was right… even if Batman and those closest to her disagreed with her risky methods. After being effectively wiped off the board for years, Batwoman and the Bat Team must brace themselves for the return of Poison Ivy with a vengeance.

Bridget will appear alongside previously confirmed cast members Nick Creegan and Victoria Cartagena, who will play Marquis Jet and Renee Montoya, respectively, as per Deadline. Rachel Skarsten, Meagan Tandy, Nicole Kang, and Camrus Johnson also star in Batwoman. Berlanti Productions, in collaboration with Warner Bros Television, is producing the CW series.

In the Season 2 finale of Batwoman, Ryan Wilder (Leslie) has fully taken the role of Batwoman, with Kate Kane leaving Gotham in search of her long-lost cousin Bruce Wayne (aka Batman). Ryan’s birth mother, who was supposed to have died shortly after delivery, was revealed to be alive and healthy.
