To bring to you, the second project for both Ibrahim Ali Khan and Khushi Kapoor, they are coming together in a romantic comedy by Karan Johar.
According to reliable sources, “Its being planned as a direct-to-digital project to be produced by his digital wing, Dharmatics. The film will go on the floors next year and will be directed by Shauna Gautam. The makers are in talks with a leading OTT player for streaming rights.”
Elaborating, “Its one of those romantic comedies that Hindi cinema is known for. However, Karan and co. feel that the palette of narrative fits better for the OTT than the big screen. Its planned and will be executed as an original OTT.”
The movie will be directed by Shauna Gautam. The movie is scheduled to begin filming this year and the casting for other roles is in the pipeline.
Ibrahim Ali Khan’s debut film is Sarzameen and is directed by Kayoze Irani, son of Boman Irani and Khushi was first seen in Zoya Akhtar’s ‘The Archies’, in a role she has been appreciated for.
