Earlier this year, BTS featured on MTV Unplugged. A new BTS episode on the making of the special episode has been published. BTS has released a new video that shows how their MTV Unplugged session was put together. BTS played a couple songs off their album BE and also covered Coldplay’s Fix You in a special episode that aired earlier this year.
The musicians begin preparing for the song Telepathy in the video, which has been published on YouTube. BTS members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook were seen investigating the set before to their recording. Jin, Suga, Jimin, and V were spotted playing video games on the arcade machines on the sets while RM was pulled to a machine with colourful balls.
BTS members changed into alternate costumes for Blue & Grey after their first song. During the rehearsal session, the members debated their arrangements, and owing to space restrictions on the sets, Suga and Jin inadvertently hit each other. Jimin and Jungkook also decided to have some fun during the rehearsal.
“We could absolutely play the fight game here,” Jimin informed the group, referring to the stage’s plant cover. He then pretended to be a player in the game by hiding in the bushes and using his microphone as a weapon. Jungkook went along with it. They then got down to business and recorded the song.
They also sang Fix You, with the group practising the lyrics before to the shoot. BTS then used a live band to record Life Goes On. Jin and Jimin appeared to be delighted to be reunited with the live band on the stages, exchanging pleasantries.
Before they could record the concluding song, Dynamite, the members sat down together and had their appearance straightened out. During their wait, BTS spontaneously performed an impromptu cover of the old popular song Save Me. V and Jin finally joined Jungkook in performing the song. Jin was also spotted dancing with V at one point. Jungkook changed the song’s lyrics, leaving everyone speechless.
