KT seezn’s upcoming drama ‘Good Job,’ an exciting romantic detective investigative drama featuring the lives of chaebol investigator Eun Hyun Ki and his ultra-visioned meddlesome assistant Han Seol Rok, is said to star Jung Il Woo and Girls’ Generation’s Kwon Yuri. In April, filming will commence. In ‘Bossam: Steal the Fate,’ they appeared together.
Jung Il Woo is a South Korean actor who has been in a number of films. He is well known for his appearances in the sitcom ‘Unstoppable High Kick’ (2006), and the television dramas ‘The Return of Iljimae’ (2009), ‘49 Days’ (2011), ‘Cool Guys, Hot Ramen’ (2011), ‘Moon Embracing the Sun’ (2012) and ‘Cinderella with Four Knights’ (2016).
He’s been cast in a new Chinese drama called ‘Beautiful Woman,’ which is about a restaurant business struggle between two companies and tells the heartbreaking story of three sisters’ love lives. Jung Il Woo will play food critic Kim Moon Ho, who maintains a blog about Korean and international cuisine.
Kwon Yuri debuted in August 2007 as a member of the girl group Girls’ Generation (and later its offshoot Girls’ Generation-Oh!GG), which went on to become one of South Korea’s best-selling artists and one of the most successful girl groups in the world.
She has appeared in various television dramas, including ‘Fashion King’ (2012), ‘Local Hero’ (2016), ‘Gogh, The Starry Night’ (2016), ‘Innocent Defendant’ (2017), ‘Dae Jang Geum Is Watching’ (2018), and ‘Bossam: Steal the Fate’ (2018), in addition to her group’s activities (2021). She made her cinematic debut in 2013 with the film ‘No Breathing.’ With her first extended play, ‘The First Scene,’ she made her solo debut in 2018.
