Seasonal changes need dietary changes as well. Weight loss is a health and fitness objective for many people, and their diet centers around it. Winter weight gain is not uncommon. People tend to gain a few pounds during the winter months due to a lack of physical exercise and sedentary lifestyle choices.

The good news is that it can be reversed, and there is a healthy and straightforward strategy to shed winter pounds while simultaneously improving immunity and intestinal health.

Nutritionist Azra Khan went to Instagram to demonstrate how to make fresh aloe vera juice, claiming that it is beneficial for weight loss during the summer.

“Polyphenols, which are high in antioxidants, are found in aloe vera juice. Antioxidants have been demonstrated to offer a variety of health advantages, however there is little study on the antioxidants in aloe and human health. Although there isn’t much study on the safety of aloe vera products, [the] juice may act as a laxative. According to some study, aloe may offer additional digestive health advantages, but further research is needed,” she added in the caption.

Due to its “possible antibacterial characteristics,” the juice and mouthwash may “improve numerous dental and oral problems,” according to the expert.

 

What is the best way to cook it?

– Simply peel fresh aloe vera from the plant and combine it with water.

– Pour the liquid into a glass and top with a squeeze of lemon.

– Drink on an empty stomach.
