Jin grieved hysterically when he learnt about the loss of his dog, Jjanggu, according to BTS member J-Hope. The Maltese breed dog died in 2017. The news was revealed on the second episode of BTS’s current variety programme, In the Soop 2 BTS Ver. BTS members RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook took a break from their hectic schedules to relax in the forest as part of the show.
When the members asked Jungkook about his dog, bam, J-Hope said that it tears him heart to see canines get old. “Pet dogs and cats, or anything else, have a moment where they’re so cute, but it’s painful to see them become old,” he explained. Mickey, the rapper’s dog, has lost his sight. Gureum, Jungkook’s senior dog, is also blind, according to Jungkook.
Jin recalled Jjanggu and stated that even when he was elderly, he lost his vision for two years.
“I recall it vividly. You wept a lot during the Mic Drop recording. “He was weeping (when he learned of his dog’s death),” J-Hope stated. Jin learnt of his dog’s death, according to Jimin, as the members were taping their performance for Show Champion.
“Because Jin couldn’t stop sobbing, we vowed to do it all at once.” “We shot the performance without even rehearsing,” J-Hope continued. Jimin, on the other hand, applauded Jin for being calm throughout the ordeal.
The current season of BTS’ In the Soop is just four days long, as opposed to the prior season’s week-long stay. HYBE rebuilt a historic house specifically for the variety programme for the second season. The members regarded the property as a castle, with facilities such as a swimming pool, gym, reading area, and basketball court.
