‘What the Hell Navya’, a podcast on youtube by Navya Naveli Nanda, is a wonderful take on life. In a recent episode, the three women, that is, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan and Navya, have a hearty conversation of life, its hardships and overcoming challenges.
Jaya Bachchan reminisces the tough times her husband, Amitabh had faced during his career. She said, “We went through different kind of failures in different phases of my life. When a man is going through a tough phase, its nice to just be there and be quiet for them. It’s nice to be silently standing there and saying listen I am there for you.”
Shweta differs in her approach and said, “I don’t agree. Sometimes all a man needs is some idea. I would like to play a more proactive role.”
At the moment, Amitabh Bachchan is hospitalized in Mumbai. The 81-year-old has been admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital for an angioplasty, there was a clot in his leg.
