A promo of the episode, which is all set to premiere on October 11, Amitabh Bachchan’s birthday, shows him getting emotional on the sets of KBC as Jaya Bachchan reveals something heartbreaking about him. Two of his family members will be seen taking the hot seat in this episode that marks the superstar’s 80th birthday.
The hooter buzzes before time and Amitabh Bachchan is totally surprised as to why the game is ending so soon. Abhishek Bachchan, gives him a surprise and walks in narrating his famous dialogue, “Rishte me jo humari ma lagti hain (the one who is my mother by relationship).” Jaya enters wearing a white embroidered suit and as the two of them hug.
One of the segments, shows Jaya revealing a secret that the fans are not aware of which moves Amitabh Bachchan to tears. She says, “Darshako ke liye main batana chati hu..I want to tell the audience…).”
On the work front, his latest movie Goodbye has been released and is gathering rave reviews. It is a heartwarming story about life, family and relationships. The movie features Neena Gupta and Rashmika Mandanna along with Sahil Mehta, Pavail Gulati and Sunil Grover. Another movie in pipeline is Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai.
