Television actor Arjit Taneja has been tested covid-19 positive. The actor is under home quarantine and is following the safety protocols.
The actor took to his Instagram handle on Monday evening to inform his fans and well wishers about the same and wrote, “Unfortunately I have tested positive for covid-19. I am under home quarantine and following all necessary protocols. Followed all safety guidelines, but it is what it is.”
Later in his post, he urged people who came in his contact to get themselves tested and added, “If you have come in contact with me recently then please get tested – for yourself and those around you. The virus is real and is spreading. Don’t let your guard down. (I kind of Did), Take care and be safe!!”
On the work front, Arjit Taneja rose to fame from the popular show Kumkum Bhagya . He was seen in Purab Khanna’s role with Sriti Jha and Shabbir Ahluwalia. Last year, the actor was also seen in romantic drama television series Bahu Begum also starring Diana Khan and Samisksha Jaiswal. He was last seen in Naagin 5 in a cameo role and its spin-off Kuch Toh Hai.
