The movie is all set to release on Netflix on the 16th March. The movie is bound to be a treat for all Tabu fans. The directorial debut of Vishal Bhardwaj’s son, Aasman Bhardwaj is a crime thriller. His first attempt in storytelling is impressive yet there’s scope for more.
As the story goes, there is a drug peddler who is set out to expose his rival drug dealer gang. The tough cop, Tabu encounters Gopal and Paaji. One rainy night on the outskirts of Mumbai, three stray gangs unknowingly cross paths on the hunt for a van carrying lots of cash. Tragically they all possess the same strategy of guns, bloodshed and betrayal. Everyone is chasing the same goal. Will they achieve their goal or fall prey to their selfish ways?
The narrative is divided into 4 parts- Sabka Malik Ek, Aata Kya Canada and Moong ki Daal. These titles may not make sense at first but in the end, it all adds up.
With wonderful performances and background music, each song takes the story forward and is aptly placed. Vishal’s iconic Dhan Te Nan in the background is perfect.
