Michael B. Jordan have a massive fan base across the globe. The actor is known for his splendid and magnificent acting in blockbuster Hollywood films like “Fruitvale Station”, “Creed” and in “Black Panther” as the comicbook supervillain Erik Killmonger. Now the actor has opened up about his wish of working in Indian Film Industry.

Many Hollywood actors including Sylvester Stallone, Will Smith, Denise Richards, Clive Standen, Ben Kingsley and Toby Stephens have marked their appearance in Bollywood films either in fullfledged roles or cameo roles. Jordan carriers a massive fan following on his social media handles. He has over 17.7 million on Instagram, and 1.3 million follows him on Twitter.

Jordan was asked that if he ever thought of working in Hindi films? To which Pat came with reply to Jordan to IANS stating, “I actually have.” Speaking about the same he mentioned, “In the sense I have thought about it. I love people. India is some place I never had the opportunity to go to just yet. But (I) would love to work on a project over there. Like a joint production on something. I think that would be pretty cool.”

On work front, recently Jordan’s film “Without Remorse” was released in April, on OTT platform. The action thriller film is based on Clancy’s 1993 novel with the same title. The film has cast Jordan as John Clark.

The other celebrities that are cast in pivotal roles are Guy Pearce, Jamie Bell, Jodie Turner-Smith, Luke Mitchell, Brett Gelman, Colman Domingo, Lauren London and Jacob Scipio. The film was premiered on Amazon Prime Video – IANS.

Recently, Jordan is gaining headlines after he announced his own alcohol line and named his rum as J’Ouvert last month, after which the Caribbean festival that a started, and which is originated in Trinidad and Tobago. This festival is celebrated to mark and honour emancipation from slavery. Jordan was answerable to the question put forth by the Caribbean community including Nicki Minaj on claiming the Caribbean culture.

Now, Jordan has apologized on his Instagram handle and said he is in the renaming for his Rum. “I just wanna say on behalf of myself & my partners, our intention was never to offend or hurt a culture (we love & respect) & hoped to celebrate & shine a positive light on. Last few days has been a lot of listening. A lot of learning & engaging in countless community conversations…We hear you. I hear you & want to be clear that we are in the process of renaming. We sincerely apologize & look forward to introducing a brand we can all be proud of,” said Jordan.
