Later this month, Voot Select will host the world premiere of Kannada star Rakshit Shetty’s most recent film, 777 Charlie.

The movie 777 Charlie, which debuted filmmaker Kiranraj K, has been a box office hit. The film’s creators recently held a press conference to acknowledge the movie’s commercial success. Shetty disclosed that the producer will make close to Rs 100 crore in total revenue at the event. “Approximately 5% of the proceeds, which rightfully belongs to Charlie the dog, will be donated to NGOs fighting for the welfare of rescue dogs around the nation,” the actor continued. The 5% equates to around Rs 4-5 crore. Additionally, 200 or so people of the film team will receive roughly 10% of the money ($7 to $10 crore).

777 Charlie spent 25 days performing in more than 100 theatres around Karnataka. Rakshit Shetty is now certain that the movie will play in theatres for 50 days.

777 The central connection in Charlie is that between a man and a dog. When it was released in June, the movie received favourable reviews. Along with Charlie—the movie’s heart and soul—Rakshit Shetty, Sangeetha Sringeri, Raj B. Shetty, Danish Sait, Bobby Simha, Abhijit Mahesh, and other notable actors also appear in key parts.

Rakshit Shetty understands and appreciates that Charlie is the star of this movie as a co-star with him in a supporting part.

“Charlie is the movie’s heart and soul. And this dog actor has given us some of the cutest and happiest scenes we have seen in a while. Every embrace, every wide-eyed look, and every other amusing reaction are so endowed with charm. Charlie’s co-star, Rakshit Shetty, has a supporting part in the movie, but he acknowledges and recognises that the dog is the movie’s true hero.
